Decideck Privacy Policy

Overview
Decideck is operated by Stoddco LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can delete their data when they use the Decideck app, related websites, and support channels (together, the "Service").
We do not sell personal information.
Information We Collect
Account information
We may collect account information such as anonymous guest identifiers, Apple Sign in identifiers, and email address if Apple provides it.
App activity
We may collect app activity such as rooms created or joined, swipes, matches, saved lists, decks, and deck items.
User-provided content
We may collect content you add, such as custom deck titles, descriptions, links, and images.
Technical information
We may collect technical information needed to run the app, such as API requests, device and app diagnostics, and basic server logs.
How We Use Information
- Create and manage rooms, decks, lists, swipes, and matches.
- Let users recover their account with Apple when connected.
- Sync app data across devices.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the Service from abuse.
- Respond to support requests.
Third-Party Services
Decideck uses third-party services to operate the app, including:
- Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure.
- Render or another API hosting provider for backend services.
- TMDB for movie and TV metadata.
- YouTube for trailer playback.
- JustWatch or TMDB-provided availability data where available.
These services may process data according to their own privacy practices.
User Content and Links
If you add custom links, images, titles, or descriptions to decks or lists, that content may be stored so it can appear in the app. Do not add private or sensitive information to shared rooms or public decks.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app from:
Rooms > Account > Delete account
Deleting your account removes your Decideck account data, including rooms you own, decks, lists, saved items, swipes, and guest recovery data, unless we are legally required to retain something.

Data Retention
We keep account and app data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete associated app data from our active systems, subject to legal, security, and backup limitations.
Children
Decideck is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at stoddco93@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may notify users in the app.
