Decideck Terms of Service

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Decideck, operated by Stoddco LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Decideck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of Decideck

Decideck helps users create rooms, swipe on options, save items, build decks, and make group decisions. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.

Accounts

You may use Decideck as a guest. You may also connect Apple Sign in to recover your account. You are responsible for activity associated with your account or device.

User Content

You may create decks, lists, links, titles, descriptions, and images. You are responsible for the content you add. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, private, or abusive.

By adding content, you grant Decideck permission to store, display, process, and share that content as needed to provide the app's features.

Third-Party Content

Decideck may show movie, TV, trailer, product, or availability information from third-party services. We do not guarantee that metadata, streaming availability, ratings, links, or images are accurate or current.

Trailer playback and external links may open third-party services such as YouTube, retailers, or streaming providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

Public or Shared Rooms and Decks

Information shared into rooms or public decks may be visible to other users. Only share content you are comfortable sharing.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the Service.
  • Use Decideck to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Scrape, overload, or misuse third-party content or APIs.
  • Misrepresent ownership of content.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the app. Deletion removes associated Decideck account data, subject to legal, security, and backup limitations.

No Warranty

Decideck is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect recommendations, or error-free data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stoddco LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Decideck.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Decideck after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
